Reflections on creating a SaaS platform for laboratory entrepreneurs and what I’ve learned throughout the journey.
LabFounders HQ began as a private observation: lab founders were carrying too much weight and too little infrastructure. So we built one.
The lessons are the same lessons every founder learns twice, go slower on the product, faster on the community, and never confuse activity with progress. Everything I know about scale, I learned from a laboratory.
